Last quarter, my Pix-N-Pens blog participated in the Bloggy Carnival and we had great fun, so I’ve decided to participate with all my blogs this quarter.

Here at Vacation Planning, we’ll give away a $25 Amazon Gift card - perfect time to buy that next travel guide! All you have to do is look through all the other posts on this blog and leave a comment on one of those posts. The comment must be relevant, and not just a simple “great post.” You may enter up to 3 times, but each entry must be on a different post, and must apply to that particular post.

Deadline is Friday, October 31st, midnight (central time). I’ll announce the winner one day next week.

Be sure to leave your e-mail address in your post so I’ll have a way to contact you if you win!

    Staci - next week, I plan to start a “50 Day Tour” of all our states - one state per day (M-Th, with a food roundup from the 4 states that week on Fridays) until I’ve discussed every state! I’ll even include Montana my first week since you requested it! Send me some of your favorite spots - tracyruckman[at]gmail[dot]com and I’ll try to include them.

    I looked at your all inclusive post, we took one about 8 years ago to bahamas, to a radisson hotel, I loved it and we had no exlusions on anything, all you could eat and drink! I have no idea how the times have changed but I am sure now there are exclusions and things you can not do. We even met a man who had one a trip to the hotel through a radio station (I think he was from Texas) and we were buying him drinks on our all inclusive tab since he only won hotel and dinner and airfare, they were so lenient with it at the time!

    I read your post on all inclusive vacations. I would love to go to an all inclusive resort. The only thing we’ve done similar to that is a cruise. I would love to do a Sandals vacation at some point.

    RE: La Jolla — it is a lovely place but I still prefer to head north (towards SF) for beautiful coastal scenery
